Register a Youth Activity

All activities involving youth that are not specifically identified as out of scope under the Youth Protection Policy (UW-1045) must be registered with the Office of Youth Protection at least once during each annual compliance year.

What happens next?

• After you register a youth activity using the link above, the Office of Youth Protection (OYP) will review your submission within 3–5 business days.
• You will receive an email confirming that your registration has been received, along with a detailed outline of next steps and any requirements that apply to the youth activity.
• If the youth activity is new or includes higher-risk features, OYP may contact you to schedule an intake meeting to provide guidance, answer questions, and offer consultation to help you meet youth protection expectations.
